Building Envelope
Exterior Doors. 1.1. Damaged front door at lock.
                           1.2. Secure loose door frame to back of apartment.
Interior Areas
Ventilation / Condensation.
                                              1.2. Inadequate ventilation in property.  
                                              1.3. Mould noted in property.
  Walls.  2.1. The interior walls of the property would benefit from redecoration.
Ceilings,  3.1. The ceilings would benefit from redecoration.
Doors.  4.3. Fire / smoke draft seals only fitted to tops of door frames.
Plumbing Installation
  Plumbing Fixtures. 3.1. Re-seal around bathtub to wall in bathroom.
                                   3.2. Re-seal around shower tray to wall in ensuite.
Water Storage Tank.  6.3. Cover required over water storage tank.
Property Insulation
Plumbing Insulation.  8.1. Insulate all plumbing pipes in attic.

你买的房子有阁楼吗？最好和中介或业主确认有没有planning permission不然你将来打算再卖出去会很麻烦的。

阁楼不需要planning permission, 除非是dormer attic (就是屋顶加盖出去)。从报告中只列出一些小问题，除了门锁坏了，后门框加固。通风可能需要加大，有潮的迹象。都属于正常的情况，很多房子都有这情况。主要注意要地基和屋顶有没有问题。

关键花钱的地方好像都没有评论， 你最好给这个给你做评估的人问清楚：
1电线旧损情况，走线很贵的。
2窗户是不是双层的啊，换双层玻璃很贵的啊。
3 阁楼情况例如横梁是否有腐蚀，有无蛀虫啊之类的。
以上我以前找过无数报价，都挺贵的。
希望买到如意房屋。
